From order entry to shipment and subsequent delivery, all steps are carried out directly by us, in our offices, in our warehouse, with our products.Call Center and Customer Service

Warehouse
Agrinascente is a 2000 square meter warehouse on the outskirts of the city, a few meters from the exit "Parma" on the A1 motorway, in a strategic position to ensure the speed of each shipment. The warehouse holds the goods destined to Agrinascente stores, receives purchase orders from suppliers, processes and provides a comprehensive distribution service throughout the country.Refrigerate cells
Our products are kept in special cold rooms to ensure absolute freshness and maintain the best quality of products.
Warehouse's Orders management
Highly qualified staff takes care of all stages of the process, from order entry to delivery.Orders received in the days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
Packing
We take the maximum care in the packaging of products, for shipping outside Italy we use polystyrene boxes that preserve the contents from temperature changes and shocks.
Shipment
The shipping costs are free for orders over 200 euro (up to 25 Kg gross weight) excluding Switzerland. For orders of lower amount there's a contribution expense that varies depending on the weight. For more information click here..Transport
For shipments, Silvano Romani uses STEF service, with deliveries throughout Italy in 48h / 72h.
Abroad shipments, instead, are handled by UPS courier which guarantees delivery within 72h / 96h throughout Europe.
Home delivery
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the moment of the order. The customer will be notified via email when the goods will be shipped. If the recipient would be absent when the courier arrives, a notification will be left and the customer must personally contact the carrier as soon as possible to agree on the modalities of delivery.
